About me

I started in 2012 writing articles, and taught myself SEO, research writing and web copy along the way. Marketing came next, then running whole client accounts. I co-founded a marketing agency in London, then spent five years as Director of Orbiqon, a studio building web, mobile and AI products. Today I bring both sides to ecommerce brands: the customer conversations, and the systems that make them faster.
